While I agree that the canon way is more practical, i cant stop thinking about how cool and baddass they would look

Gojo Satoru’s Songs, 1/2
In vol. 3, Gege shared songs that he thinks represent each character. This was such a cool concept, so here are my analysis and thoughts.
Keep in mind that vol. 3 was right around when Nanami and Mahito made their debuts, so these songs might not be true to the character development after.
In Gojo’s case, his songs are about his past and his regrets. TLDR at the end.
Lyrics
The fragrant wind and the mid-summer indigo dye, a few drops of tears melt them away
This song no doubt is about him and Geto. The “ge” in Geto means summer. It also references their last warm spring of youth; summer came and declared the end of it. The tears foreshadows the sadness of what was to come.
Faint dreams, a horizon filled with loss… I’m left behind as usual
They dreamed of a better world for jujutsu sorcerers. But this dream also doomed their world, and lead to Geto’s death.
The magnificent Milky Way in the heavens above, turns into dust between expansions and contractions
A nice reference to Gojo’s jujutsu, and the futile attempts to making things right. It can also be interpreted as the world they envisioned had crumbled when they became enemies.
How much is your soul worth, sold out in pieces, your pride soiled… What good is it?
This is about how Gojo feels about Geto’s distorted interpretation on the dream they once shared.
Exaggerated news will eventually fade
I want to talk about the word “exaggerated.” The original lyric is 大袈裟 in kanji, it reads “ōgesa.” The origin of this word came from 大 (ō) big, and 袈裟 (gesa) Buddhist robe. After Geto went rough, he wears a BUDDHIST ROBE. I don’t even know what to say to this. It’s so… meta. Does this somehow foreshadowed Geto’s life fading away?
Yes, to an unseen tomorrow. No matter how sad the ending awaiting us is, let's call it Hope
Gojo’s hope for the future is realistic yet optimistic. The inevitable sadness and struggle will no doubt be followed by progress because he is not alone.
TLDR
The lyrics perfectly captured how Gojo and Geto’s story, perhaps a little too well. There isn’t much foreshadowing aside from there is hope in the future. If “the last warm spring of youth” was a song, this is what it’d sound like; full of life yet melancholic. It feels like an ending song of Gojo and Geto’s relationship, platonic and/or romantic. SatoSugu shippers, are you seeing this?

I got so sick of the cheesy Christmas playlist at work so I snuck in a version of All I Want For Christmas Is You where half way through the vocals change to Welcome To The Black Parade
Watching the customers slow down and squint in confusion is giving me life.
