2019 mid-year check: ✔️ For as long as I remember, I've always been good with my words. Until adulthood where choices, this and that happened. I'm in a job that requires minimal amount of writing. I thought I lost it and I could only watch as my writing comfort zone became just another zone, replaced by an everyday pattern. But August opened a lot of opportunities. Minimal but new.✨ Little requirement but a huge leap for breaking routine.✨ Still got it. Didn't lose it. 051418 I've always wanted to go to the BenCab Museum with a special somebody. I thought it'd be nice if somebody took pretty photos of me , someone who will also regard me as art (teenager si ate!?) But going alone made me realize that I didn't need all that, it was just a lazy excuse to go on this museum trip. The receptionist didn't think it was weird that I asked for a lone ticket, the nice people who took my photos never asked why I didn't have anyone with me. And in the middle of all the art and Baguio hustle and bustle, I really liked and enjoyed my solitude. (And boy, did I step up my commute and self-timer game!) . I am not one to spend my birthday with others or even a celebration. Taking this trip alone is by far the best party I ever threw for myself, mind and heart. . I've always wanted to go to the BenCab Museum with a special somebody. So on my 26th birthday, I went with myself.❤ . Happy birthday Max. With love, always.❤ (at Bencab Museum)
