This is the woman who always has anything you might need in her bustle. Portable phonographs, certainly, but what else? Alcohol, without doubt. Knives? Probably. More knives? Wouldn't be surprised. Candy? Always good to have something to mollify Hampton with. More alcohol? Well, James can always do with a little nip. Another knife? Why not? Lockpick set? I mean, where do you keep yours?

Across the street and slightly to the left, behind the doors of 224B, lives another pair of detectives, waiting for their chance in the spotlight. And when Holmes and Watson leave town on a case, and a woman shows up at their doorstep in dire straits, that very chance appears…

Like the offical blurb says, Fawx and Stallion (and their "Ms. Hudson" Madge) are a pair of detectives who live across from Sherlock Holmes and feel completely overshadowed. This is in part because they're just not very good detectives and have never solved a case! There's a strong emphasis on shenanigan comedy but also genuine character interactions. It's very cute to see the intersection with the familiar canon elements.

Perfect if your interest is piqued by "Sherlock Holmes, if everyone was a gay disaster."

Don't worry, I'll think of the right words approximately twenty-seven and a half minutes from now. I like that I remember what I hear better than what I read or see. I like that I can identify a VA without looking them up (usually). I like that I can pick up a dialect, even when I don't necessarily want to.
