I guess I should do another rain check, just to keep people updated. So... I recently started a new job (as in today!) so I’m pretty busy! But things will start to settle down soon... once im... u know... settled down. But for the next two weeks I expect I will be a little low activity whilst I figure out what’s expected of me at work. After that I really wanna get Fred active again... I miss him... Tae and Mew will carry on being active-ish until then, Ted and Liza are staying hiatus’d until I feel a little more comfy.

howdy, yall. Slight dip in activity rn... some Adult Stuff has been coming up, plus my brother has been over! I haven’t seen him since my birthday so we been hanging out while we can. Today we took a day long walk. We saw piggies owo. I’ll get back to writing soon~

//heyyo! Sorry I’ve not been around much. I really hate to Sad Post on tumblr, but I’ve been having a little trouble with... life recently. So I’m gonna stick a rant under the cut, and say that all of my blogs are on an indefinite hiatus (hopefully for a short while!)

Just before christmas, I was told I would be losing my job, effective the end of the month- that... is not a lot of notice. I knew I would eventually be losing the job, but it was a snap decision by the owner that really felt hurtful. On top of that, all january he has basically emotionally blackmailed me for A) asking if it would be at all possible to keep me on under furlough pay only, and B) asking for my full holiday pay. It’s not felt particularly nice, and I’ve given up fighting for it given that I literally don’t have the emotional energy to argue with someone who is terribly bigoted and selfish. 

Obviously, I’ve been looking at getting more work and job seekers allowance, which takes up time and emotional energy I’d like to be putting into RPing, but uncertainty is one way to make me uncomfortable and stressed so I’ve been scarce.

On top of that, this weekend my iMac, my main jobseeking tool, my art machine, and my roleplay capacitor, has hit a wall. It loads incredibly slowly on startup, and creative cloud repeatedly crashes, slowing the machine to a stop. I have an embarrassing history of anxiety around computers, so I’ve not really wanted to be around it for anything other than commission and art work, even when she runs smoothly. I’m so sad to be missing out on my hobby. I have called a local specialist, and I’ll hopefully be taking the ol gal in tomorrow morning. The guy on the phone seemed to think it’s a hard drive issue, which checks out given its a nine year old second hand beast. I don’t know if they will be able to fix it, or how much it will cost (I can manage to pay for it, don’t worry on that front!). 

January hasn’t been a very fun month for me, I just hope that finer things are on the horizon, for me and for you, if you’re reading this. Thank you if you did.

I’m trying to update some more activity on Mew now I’m a bit more comfortable with their voice. I have one more WIP blog that I want to be up before christmas but who knows tbh with me going back to work Properly tomorrow :(
