o5s 3-5
o5-3
probably my biggest favorite of the 3s is the kid; i love love love the idea of a computer matrix person-hologram thing
i keep on picturing marty mcfly but blonde.... god
my 2nd favorite is the philosopher scientist; im not very partial to the idea that the o5s are like, Heartless Monsters. i imagine he often agrees with the gardener
also in the case of o5-3c, id like to think he's actually l. ron hubbard. i mean... why not
o5-4
god ok. i dont particularly like many of the o5-4s but if i had to choose my favorite it would probably be the gangster; i cant help but picture this italian mafia guy smoking a cigar and discussing scp 666 with the queen of england
o5-5
o5-5a sounds pretty cool; the blackbird motif is interesting
o5-5b is GREAT i love this idea of this completely normal dude who just ...... sits there he doesnt even know whats going on. he just..... doesnt know what's gonna happen so he keeps this lady who has a nazi bunker in her nostrils with him at all times
don't care much for the others. i like the idea of o5-5c being the 'real' blackbird.

thoughts on the o5s
im trying to figure out which is my favorite of each of the 13 designations
more below the cut
i definitely love "eve" and "the founder"; id like 2 think that they're 'the' adam & eve. not a big fan of the other o5-1s, they're jst.... boring to me
o5-2 "the gardener" and "the nazarene" are probably my top two for o5-2; the gardener sounds like the kind of lady i'd want at the top, and im a big fan of the character archetype of 'seems sweet but is actually amoral'
and im a big sucker for jesus-esque figures (especially non-cishet ones) so thats a big +1 for me
'he who waits' is also pretty interesting. i like the idea of a 'waiting' scp designation

-scp foundation K-9 units -scp k-9 dogs being trained to seek out anomolous items and indicate specific anamolous activity to handlers -scp guard dogs doing guard work inside the sites with the guards themselves to sniff out sleeper agents and bugs -really fluffy, massive guard dogs on patrol around the outer grounds of Siberian sites -dogs trained with specific task forces for specific duties, like guarding items in transport -attack dogs helping in GoI busts and raids -therapy dogs -dogs trained to routinely escort specific humanoid entities -the dogs in the site k-9 kennels starting to freak out and execute “uncertain activity” indication commands right before a breach -patrol dogs indicating approaching vehicles and unidentifiable persons -scp K-9 units

SCPs for this week. For more SCPs, check out my tumblr.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions!
I’m starting to get A LOT more requests than I can handle, so I’m done taking them for now. But I will be taking more after I finish the next sets.
Upcoming SCPs:
423, 990, 767, 027, 2458, 049, 179, and 529.
If you requested any of these, I wrote your handle down to let you know when it’s up. Please don’t feel bad if I didn’t pick yours, or responded. I didn’t expect so many requests this time, and I pick ones that are particularly interesting to me conceptually and visually. But, hit me up again after I’m done with these, I might want to try something different later on!
Thanks again!

Alright so I’m shit at drawing tabby cats because I have no idea how the markings “flow”, so to speak, but here’s one anyway.
It’s SCP-529, aka Josie. She’s… well, she’s half a cat, basically. Nothing more to it. Anyway, enjoy.

okay, so the subject is d-class.... he's convicted of murder/attempted suicide (it doesn't say who he murdered). he gets this outdoor landscape
it's pretty barren. there's a hole in the ground a few hundred feet away, subject is made to go into it
it's about 100m deep, so this is pretty fucking big
subject gets to the bottom, there's a tunnel, he's supposed to go down it
gets to a hallway. it's concrete, there are 7 doors, three on each side and one at the end; that one is blocked by generic metal shelving debris. it's compared to a retail store and apparently it smells bad
the doors on the right don't open, but the farthest one on the left does; the room is pretty nondescript, it's empty; the only identifying feature is something filthy on the walls, similar to melted plastic
next door is plugged where handle used to be (?). the last door on the left has a half-broken key in the lock, so the subject jiggles it till it opens
that room is not empty! it has a cot, a box with the word cereal according to subject (they read as squiggles to control, the people monitoring this from back at the foundation)
plus some articles apparently. theyre really old; most of them crumble to dust when touched. the language is not identifiable
then this happens:
Asked to investigate the book subject begins to move toward it.
Audio on the tape goes strange and a high pitched screeching noise like grinding metal dominates all communication for 3.5 seconds. Subject has not touched the book still, and when the noise stops, subject asks control to repeat request. Control made no requests during that time as headsets were removed. Subject advised to leave room and notes that the door has begun closing slowly on its own and if left alone, will close. Subject advised to leave door alone and to investigate door on right.
Careful review of the following ten seconds of tape shows that as the camera pans, a figure is visible at the end of the tunnel where the seventh door is. The door is open only enough for a face to be seen through a crack just before the door silently closes. No details can be seen.
okay, that's creepy
subject manages to open one of the other doors partially. from what can be seen, there's a corkboard, the top of a box marked cereal, and a human hand. it is not mentioned whether there's a body attached to the hand or if they can't see that far in
nowhere else to go, subject requests to return
there's some sort of problem with the cable pulling system (he's attached by a harness, so they can get him back if there's an emergency) and it implies something is pulling on it??
ok he comes back up and swivels the camera around. control is seeing a bunch of people (37) behind him; the subject doesnt see them tho
subject follows pulley and then starts panicking cause he sees something, grabs pistol given by foundation and shoots 5 times
they get him back in; there's disgusting slimy stuff on his hands around where he shot the firearm
this is the concerning part tho
Control personnel monitoring the mirror state having seen a massive human being, crawling on the ground, easily fifty times the size of a normal person with no facial features and a very short arm reach, pulling itself toward the mirror before it returned to a reflection. Due to proximity fine details could not be made out but at least one observer noted the being appeared to have been shot from the marks in the otherwise smooth featureless face.
uh dude
the subject survived, they recovered the article. next test is the 'green' test.
i'm wondering what would happen if they sent in more 'blue' people? would they get the same landscape? interesting possibility, i could see a tale expanding on that

the first one i came across that i didn't recognize is scp-093, so we're reading that
i remember reading this one a long time ago, don't remember much except it was long
it's a... red disc that's attracted to mirrors? interesting. oh when its held by a person it changes color, that's also interesting
color change depends on the person and they don't... really know why
when a person holds the disc and puts it on a mirror they ... enter the mirror? so it's a portal to another world?
that idea's kind of overdone, but they have a bunch of experiment logs so i'm interested in seeing how the author(s) explore this.
the first test is the 'blue' test

next one is scp 886
apparently it's a middle-aged woman and a goat
they asexually reproduce.... every year the woman gets pregnant and gives birth to twin goats.
i cant figure out if this is a fetish or something related to myth, i know greco-roman myth especially has a thing about women giving birth to animals
oh apparently when the twin goats (theyre always female) grow to age 4 or so they give birth to human girls. the human girls then grow up and at age fifteen they get pregnant, give birth to goats, etc.
huh. interesting but kinda weird
