27 April 2023. I got off the treadmill and started using the elliptical. It's a lot harder than the treadmill because you're using your own body to power the speed. I lasted twenty there minutes today. Let's see what I can do tomorrow.

Another day of walking on an eleven-degree incline. It was a challenge, to say the least.

I know that I haven't posted in a while. Ever since I broke the three-mile barrier on the treadmill I've been incline walking. It's more difficult than I thought it would be. Enjoy the day. Hugs, love, smiles, and peace.

pretty shitty how baseline human activities like singing, dancing and making art got turned into skills  instead of being seen as behaviors

so now it’s like ‘the point of doing them is to get good at them’ and not ‘this is a thing humans do, the way birds sing and bees make hives’.
