So, while I'm mentally doing considerably better, there's now an issue of actually a addressing what was done.

To keep this in the least triggering and most concise terms that convey the severity of the situation; a very violent crime was perpetrated by my uncle when I was young and, now that I know it was him who did this, I plan to take some sort of action to 1) prevent him from reoffending and 2) to hold him accountable.

This will take a lot of my time and energy, to the point I've also taken a break from university to pursue this. I plan to return to writing and rp as a whole when it's over, or at least until I'm secure in the method I'll be pursuing, but until then I will be very absent.

Sorry for this, seeing as I only really just stared the blog and many of these rps. I didn't expect this to happen so suddenly and for it to escalate. But now that I'm here, I hope to swiftly take action and to return feeling safer and more content than before.

I wish everyone well in the meantime and I hope to return soon. Thank you everyone for your patience. ❤️🫂

So, I've recently remembered a very traumatic event from my childhood that could also actually have some big legal implications for my family. Life might get hectic for me in general, but honestly more than that I just have a lot of healing to do. It's going to be messy, I'll probably use here to vent through writing and art, but overall it's not going to be consistent.

I have barely slept lately so I'm not going to have energy until I calm down enough for that, and I probably just won't really be stable mentally enough to plot/ rp any major story things for a little while. At least, not until I calm down more and have done to terms with the things that happened/ the trauma I need to address.

TLDR I'm probably just going to do smaller rps that don't focus too much on big story points and do shorter rps that require less focus.

Hey, just letting everyone know that I'll still be a bit longer with getting backs to messages, replies and creating the rest of the intro posts since my mental health has been acting up again, plus also just been busy irl.

I'm hoping to get to Yoru's intro at least maybe tonight? I also want to create a "if you want past connections section" since I've realised there's some lore muns might find fun to play with for their muses, but it does spoil some stuff for the fanfic these characters are from. In which case I'll make a post with "read more" and spoiler tag it, making a sort of layered master-post for connections based on how much a character would likely know about these OCs.

I'm still pretty new so it may take a little bit to really set up this place, so I apologise for the wait! Hopefully I can start to really get into rps once I'm done the main setting up parts of this blog.

Introducing: The Other-Side Trio!

Three original characters for my Kingdom Hearts fic. They are first introduced in 'Dreams of Tomorrow', a story of six friends and their long and spectacular adventure half a year before the events of the first game.

Lunaria, Glaucia and Noir are the main characters of a flipped tale that transpires at the same time as and after Yoru, Taiyo and Zorya's story.

Lunaria:

A young girl who is the childhood friend of Yoru, believe to be missing after their world fell. She is saved by a mysterious book. She had first found the book many years ago, unable to get it open, until now. No other person is able to open it, for it seems to have chosen her and her alone. The book has the mysterious power of reviving hearts thought to have perished and granting them physical power in the form of transparent stained glass spirits.

Celestial Staff, Summoner, Neutral, Regular Chosen One.

Glaucia:

Young princess of Scala ad Caelum's noble bloodlines; a 'blueblood'. She is one of the last of her lineage and has since found herself locked behind guards and rules dictating her entire life. Hearing the news of stars vanishing and one of her dearest friends now falling into the clutches of danger, she runs away from home to protect what matters.

Royal Rapier, Elemental and Physical Attack, Light, Blueblood.

Noir:

A young man of mysterious origins. It is unknown how old he is, but he seems about the same age as Lunaria or Glaucia. He has a firey desire for normalcy, yet always seems to plunge headlong into danger. He claims to work for a detective agency whose goal is to find the truth behind the vanishing stars, but what is his own goal truly?

Specialties: water, light, reflect/ barrier, healing. Limit Break: Premonition Strike. Factions: N/A, Civilian.

In a small world filled with wild forests, Yoru had always been content living side by side his best friend Lunaria. The two were always together, playing and discovering the hidden corners of the woods outside their home town. The two children had a secret; they were not originally from this place and knew of worlds beyond their own. Both knew that the other had come from beyond the stars, but neither one really knew what the other had seen. Even so, they dreamt of one day returning to the places they had once been to and could no longer remember. Or, at least, that was the case for Yoru. The only hint he had of his home were the marks lining his body in a language he did not understand. Even if he couldn't remember his old home, the forest was enough for Yoru. He loved the family he had found and the friend he had made. As long as he could return, he knew he had nothing to fear...until the day of the storm. Monsters tore his home apart and he found himself blacking out, only to awaken in a different town altogether; Traverse Town.

There, he met a girl named Zorya and a boy named Taiyo. The two helped him and travelled by his side as he searched for Lunaria. Yet, he still had so many questions, why did all of this give him such a strange feeling of Deja Vu? Why did the two before him feel so familiar, as if they had met once before? What had happened to his world? Was it the same as what had transpired long ago and resulted in the loss of his old home? Why couldn't he remember? And...could this all be related to the man in the dark cloak who had visited him back in his old home? His journey would see him learn even more about himself and answer many of these questions. And yet there were still so many questions born of these experiences; a world with a pink sky...was this his former home? Why did the visions he have seem to come true? Who was he, really? Each adventure led to a new question.

The trio explored and fought side by side until they had eventually found Lunaria, Noir and Glaucia travelling together, uniting to help answer the mysteries each one held and wished to answer. Nuaia joined the six friends not long after, the seven then finding comfort in one another as they joined forces. Even after the worlds' salvation and the answering of so many of his questions, Yoru continued to stay by his friends in Radiant Garden as he sought the truth behind his origins.

Main Rules

Verses; I am mostly a KH centric askblog/ rp, but I am also okay with most things as long as I am at least already somewhat familiar with the universe/ fandom in question. This can be discussed further in a direct message if you'd like to check if your verse is included. And of course, OCs are always welcome! Though we may need to plot in case of conflicts in lore if they're KH OCs, or just generally it's good to know more about each other's characters before we throw them at each other.

18+ preferred but not strict; I won't reject anyone's willingness to rp, but please remember that I may sometimes ask for space or may gently ask you not to rp if I feel overwhelmed or overly relied upon as an adult, especially as I personally haven't had role models to learn from to know how to handle interacting with kids/ teens, or just how to not sound too harsh around younger people. Like nothing against you all at all and I hope this didn't come across as belittling. So yeah, I'm going to be distant and probably ask way too much "is this an okay topic?" because I genuinely don't know.

Mature content; I do explore the same type of content raised in Kingdom Hearts canon such as abuse, grooming, mental health issues, suicide, some mentions of alcohol, displacement, etc. found in Kingdom Hearts/ Disney movies in general, but these things will be tagged with double slashes and then TW + the content "// TW: [content]". I do inexplicitly touch on further themes like CSA, PTSD specifically and self harm, but I do try to be subtle in these expressions and they tend to be shown through symbolism that acts as an allegory to these concepts. Even so, I will also tag them and may add a "allegory" note in brackets; like // TW: CSA (allegory), for example.

Mun takes many breaks; please remember that I tend to have brief bouts of fast replies in between breaks, so just remember that I'm not ignoring replies and not to overly pester the mun. I kindly ask for small reminders if I've really taken too long, but please keep in mind that I tend to take regular mental health and physical breaks due to disabilities, irl obligations and ongoing struggles with mental health.

Basic DNI, but also; TERFS/ transphobes (including transmeds, mun is bigender soo), queer exclusionists (I respect mspec and aspec here), Zionists (again, I have many anti-zio Jewish friends and Palestinian friends, one of which is like basically family to me so please go away if you're pro Israel/ anti-Palestinian), and while I won't say DNI per se to antis, please know I am neutral and/or friends with many pro ship people. I am politically anti-censorship, so I don't want people being "oh you're okay with X being into Y content?" when I very much do not care for erasure of any media, yes even "bad" ones. Basically just DNI if you are right wing or use right wing rhetoric.

Other things to know; please don't make fun of how I write. Constructive criticism is welcome and encouraged, but don't just be like "ew your sentences are too long" or "haha OCs are cringe" or "your art sucks!" because I'll obviously just block if you start being mean about it or don't really give anything properly constructive. Of course, I am not my characters; they may be rude or say things I would not. As for art/ writing, I tend to have my own habits and some of them I can't really help, including long sentences since I have had a history of being talked over or misunderstood, so I tend to clarify when I'm anxious (which I'm always lol). In the end, it's all fun and games so it's best not to take things overly seriously. I also tend to scratch out acknowledgments to brands/ content that I am boycotting due to their unethical practices. This is just a personal way for me to give them the finger while also not claiming things that genuinely aren't mine.

Swearing; I try not to, though I can sometimes default to it when stressed, angry or tired, so I apologise if that happens in ooc and I will try to keep it contained, especially for those who may find swearing triggering. As for my characters, they don't use them since KH canon doesn't. They use the same type of dialogue as the English Dub of Kingdom Hearts, so no extreme examples of cussing, but some "playground rude words" like "hell" or "shut up".

AI policy; I prefer not to use it for writing or art and may be less inclined to rp if they are used by other muns. This isn't so much a judgemental thing per se, but I just have mixed feelings as an artists who has closed down a lot of previous places due to AI training. This place is an escape, so I would prefer not to really be confronted by AI content or talk of it, please.

So basically! Don't be a dickhead and chances are we can get along just fine, I'm generally really chill with whoever people are and what people believe. I am always up for talking out differences, but please just remember to be respectful and remember that this is a place for rp, fun asks and sometimes even just escapism for me ngl. Ever since the age of 13, Zorya had traveled the worlds in search of something...or perhaps someone, passionately seeking answers. When her travels led her to Traverse Town, Zorya discovered a small business, newly created to assist new arrivals in the refuge to find their lost family and friends. It was here that the girl found her calling, for it was the perfect place to advance her search and one day fulfil her own ambitions. Even with the return of Lorena's lost home, Zorya continued to follow her in the hopes of one day finding that which she covets...

While presenting a cold exterior, Zorya often finds herself torn between her mind and her heart. She is a tactician by profession and desperate to fulfil an old desire, yet her sense of justice and her compassion for others hinders this ability. Zorya is kind deep down, even if she doesn't believe so herself. Yet, despite this, Zorya is still able to get her hands dirty if the need truly arises, especially when it comes to the ridged system of Keyblade Masters and their insistence on World Order. To Zorya, a cruel law deserves to be broken and rejected, no matter the cost. Even so, there seems to perhaps be more to her rejection of the Keyblade than meets the eye. The level of sheer rage she exhibits in the presence of Keyblade Masters is difficult to ignore, while the white coat she wears with he symbol of a Keyblade Master hanging loosely from its belt hins at a history she doesn't wish to share...

Zorya has a rare set of skills that set her apart from those around her, primarily that of her exceptional perception, knowledge and usage of the power of darkness, something which has drawn much scrutiny from those around her. Some empathetic souls seek connections, while others use their natural sense of others' hearts to manipulate them. Zorya, on the other hand, cannot help but reject this altogether; sensing the intentions of others with the immediate instinct to protect her own safety. Her instinct for survival and desperation to not be hurt leads her down a path of emotional isolation and extreme caution.

Concealing their presence, the short figure in white followed the trail set before them; footsteps in the long untouched wasteland. They knew immediately that something was wrong when they had sensed such a deep darkness once again plague the worlds. And yet...it was muted, hazy— *lost*.

"It couldn't be him", a feminine voice murmured in a raspy treble. The child in the white coat sniffed the air, testing the dark aura in this forlorn world; a loathsome urge to control and, yet, a lonesome desire to prevent the uncontrollable. It was just too similar to the scent for Master Xehanort, and their inquisitiveness was too fierce to fight.

Pale blue eyes narrowed as they patiently begun their search from the shadows. Meanwhile, the man whose eyes had been corrupted by ambitious gold scanned the empty world for answers— or rather, the almost empty world. It was a split decision, like a cat too enticed by curiosity; she just had to know. So she released her white coat and, with it, her own presence; a fire gone out leaving nothing but the bitterness of ash, withered flowers with the scent of decay and the smallest hint of lemongrass and honey. A lingering gentle sweetness despite the depths of her darkness.

The girl emerged from the shadows; hair like autumn leaves and eyes like glaciers, cold and calculating despite her young age. The scarred girl locked eyes with the source of the enigma— Master Xehanort.

.. To think he had ended up here again, just like when he had been conjoined with Terra. Shreds of memory .. they loosely clung to the inside walls of his mind, so he had to be careful, right? They kept disturbing him - and thankfully, it had been a day he could take some time off to actually look into his missing pieces more.

His boots crunched the gravel underneath his feet as he continued to walk, yellow hues observing all that had been around him. Right .. This whole area had been rebuilt after his Nobody oversaw the heartless invasion. He kicked at a spare rock nearby, scoffing lightly.

Eyes moved - hoping to spot someone who could point him in the right direction.
