As I continued to think about this relationship thing and how it’ll affect his character, I was just wondering: if FS was to fall and latch onto a person, would this be deemed selfish on his part? Would the relationship go awry due to the base of the relationship being mainly because FS is clinging onto the feeling of being human? What would HIVE do about it?

Being realistic, they most likely could figure out within days that FS got a person and call him out (or rather utilize the fact as an excuse) for putting a person in harm for his own feelings; they would also, most likely, say that this would leave a traumatic experience on the partner and, therefore, would have to be executed or (very not possibly) be transformed into a HIVE. That would put IMMENSE guilt on FS, which could either be a benefit for HIVE as he would stray further from emotions and, therefore, focus on his work better, or a hinder as his ability to work as emotions would run wild in him and he’ll become easily aggravated/upset.

So, in conclusion, a partner could be possible, but not a pretty good idea for the man.

Ok usually I don’t tag along with discussions/reposts, but idk I’m in a “discussion mode” today. 😎

FS most likely wouldn’t get killed, but his partner very much would be. Either that, or there’s that very slim chance the partner is dismembered into a HIVE, since, through conversations, the partner would come to find out the truth of Autodale. That’s why I honestly feel like FS likely wouldn’t get any partners, even if he wants to.

His job, and his desires essentially, is to protect the citizens of Autodale with the best of his abilities and the given restrictions made by HIVE. If there’s a possibility he/a citizen falls for each other, I feel like he might either 1) be the mature/reasonable person and disengage, or 2) latch onto his opportunity to finally feel more human and away from his machine side and try desperately to grab hold of this new feeling. We can see that FS is rebellious, but he also isn’t stubborn. We don’t have much to go off of, but I don’t think he’s a stubborn guy unless it’s something absolutely morally wrong.

Finaaaaally got the time and energy to finish the second portion of this project! It didn’t turn out as good as the first, but hey I was running on nothing at 1 AM, so it worked!

Some silly cat doodles/studies. Say hi to Simon (plus Jace.) I think he won’t bite <33

Long story short, Jace isn’t the most social person(?), so they made friends with an alley of stray cats near their apartment. They typically go there to feed and have a smoke break with them. They particularly grew close with Simon, and he started following them around, even going as far as following them to work. Jace tried shooing him away at first, but essentially gave up and now he’s a stupid goofy little side “character” that help them through thick and thin 💕
