Normally I just post my art here, but I wanted to share my Scrooge McDuck cosplay I put together a while back.

I just altered a red dress I bought and used black fabric paint for the collar and sleeves. For the dress I cut the partially so it would open like a coat on the lower half, and used the scrap fabric to make the pockets. I folded and sewed the top part of the dress over to give the illusion of it being zipped/buttoned up.

I’m actually going to redo this costume from scratch. (Just the coat and dress) I have sewing experience, but it’s minimal, so I have no clue how it’ll go. We’ll see. 😆

I love drawing, but it’s so refreshing having other creative outlets too!

Happy Father’s Day to Dads, Uncles, and Father Figures! These two are hands down my absolute favorites!

Personal post below, along with spoiler-free mentions of the DuckTales final.

This is the first Father’s Day without my Dad. He died several months ago, so I wanted to draw something for myself since DuckTales has honestly been such a huge light in my life, especially recently.

I’ve loved DuckTales ever since it came out, but after watching the final it was like I fell in love with the show all over again. I’ve been hyperfixating more than I ever have before. I know some people have mixed feelings about the final, but I loved it. It was exactly what I needed to see at that point in my life when times were tough, even though I didn’t want DuckTales to end. It’s such a darn good show that deserves more seasons.

Anyway, I wanted to draw these two because I love them so much.

Y’all. I know I haven’t been posting much, but my DuckTales hyperfixation is so bad right now. I wanna self combust. All I wanna do is draw more Scrooge fan art. I’ve got a lot of client work to finish, but when I’m done I’m going to be super annoying and spam y’all with more Scrooge art so be ready. 😂
