how to really lose weight - a guide ⊹˚. ♡
♡ burn more calories than you consume ♡ drink a lot of water, it keeps you full ♡ eat slowly and chew your food ♡ drink unsweetened tea ♡ try to avoid fast food ♡ workout consistently and disciplined ♡ move a lot and take a lot of steps

my personal tips:
you need to eat in order to lose weight - sounds weird, i know. but here is why: this is because metabolism slows down, muscle mass decreases, while the percentage of fat in the body increases. and since we often don't move as much anymore, partly due to physical complaints, we burn fewer calories.
do pilates and yoga! pilates are really fun and effective, maybe buy yourself cute clothes to work out in, helps a lot. i will also upload my favorite pilates exercises.
walk and avoid public transportation the more you walk the more calories will burn. walk the 10 minutes rather than take the bus or if your work/school is far away and you can't walk there, then park further away from the building and walk. sounds unspectacular but it is really worth it + it is healthy!
track what you eat sometimes we don't even know what we just stuff into ourselves, be aware of your eating habits. i personally use the app "Food - Calorie & macro tracker" the creator is "Virtuagym Food".
put effort into the appearance of your food it is fun to prepare the food and eating it afterwards will give you a nicer feeling. i even fill my energy drinks into cute glasses just to drink them through a straw, it just feels better in my opinion.
watch those mukbang videos on youtube these videos take away all my hunger. especially when the creators stuff everything into their mouths and eat it. or even the channel "HowToBasic" it grosses me out.
do interval fasting! this is soo helpful. just search the right app for you and start, works wonders!
