A week off work and I’m playing about with some recipes...🧁 Chocolate fudge protein brownies 🍫🀀 And for those looking for a low calorie snack, they come in at under 100 calories πŸ‘€ Gooey and fudgy, and not one bit dry like those usual healthy things trying to be brownies... πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Ingredients: * 100g oats * 20g vanilla protein powder * Vanilla extract * 100g fat free Greek yoghurt * 100g canned pumpkin (1/2 mashed banana almost as good) * 100ml almond milk * 2 eggs * 1 tbsp baking powder * 40g cocoa powder * 1/2 cup zero calorie syrup/granulated sweetener to taste * 20g dark choc chips Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 180Β°C 2. Connie all ingredients apart from chocolate chips until smooth 3. Add to a grease proof paper lined dish (for a more gooey brownie opt for a dish that’s slightly smaller for more depth) 4. Sprinkle choc chips 5.
