Stop looking at thinspo on Tumblr, by not doing anything and eating like a fat pig, you will remain a fat pig. It can be anything, just make yourself exhausted like you should be. After you do, drink water and get exhausted again and again. Even if it takes a lot of tries, try longer than 25 minutes. I know you can do it, you'll get there.
