They always seem to find me on days like these, so I might have to avoid my apartment." He starts talking to himself towards the end, not really realising it himself before his gaze flicks back to the girl in front of him. "Anyway, it's Christmas. Shouldn't you celebrate with someone?"

"Well nothing extravagant, just going to buy myself some dinner and maybe a little cake from the store on my way home. Might just end up watching movies or something." Being away from home Miki didn’t have any family to exchange any gifts with or anything of that sort. "What about you, Professor? No plans today?"
