Real talk. 2 days ago I finally graduated from the Juris Doctor 🎉🍷👩🏻‍🎓 These past 5 years have been some of the toughest in my life. From the degree itself, having to pour all my blood, sweat and tears and pulling all nighters to submit 24 Assignments totalling 49,245 words, 22 Exams (including 4 Take Homes where I wrote 16,064 words), 2 Moots and 2 Oral Presentations 🙇🏻‍♀️ To my own personal struggles I’ve endured, including surviving a fire whilst I was on exchange in Finland a few months ago 🔥🚒🚑 I almost gave up on this law thing but am so glad I had the unwavering support of family, friends and some caring university staff to help me push through. So thank you to everyone who’s been apart of this journey and much love to you all 😘❤️ I did it! And now have a very expensive piece of paper (6 figure debt hello!) that says I can read and write good and maybe argue ok 😜 #uomalumni2018 #melbournegraduate #plsemployme (at Royal Exhibition Building)

Yesterday I bid adieu to these two who now live all over the world 😢 Thanks for making my first travels in Europe so fun and memorable. From my first white Christmas, seeing the Northern Lights, learning how to snowboard, eating lots of good (and salty af) food including trying escargot for the first time to having nights in playing Catan! Exchange to Finland confirmed last Friday. Drove to Canberra to get my Residence Permit (Visa) done on Tuesday. Booked my flights to Helsinki last night. And am jetting off in 3 weeks. IT'S ALL FINALLY HAPPENING! HELLO EUROPE. LATERS MELB. See y'all again in 2018!!! 😆🦌❄️🌨🇫🇮

When you find out last min that you have to go to Canberra to the Finnish Embassy to have your fingerprints taken for your Residence Permit 💨🌪🚀 . Excuse the dirty window, no one tells you about all the dead bugs that you'll accumulate on your windshield on the 7.5 hour drive down!!! ☠️ (at Hume Freeway)
