I'm pretty sure I'm going to be abandoning this blog completely. I no longer like the sort of professional/non-personal vibe I've created with it, and trying to do to much with it all the time stressed me out.
If you wanna find me elsewhere, I have a more casual and personal lgbt+ blog @queer-rainebo. I may start doing some of my requests over there soon.
Thanks for all the support you all have shown me on this blog! Despite the stress, I had a good time with it, and I'll remember it pretty fondly. See y'all around ✌

Binder Comparisons
This is going to be sort of a casual review and comparison of Power Core Compression sports bras, Flavnt binders, and GC2B binders.
To start, here’s what I look like bare-chested (I’m a 38C):
Tumblr media
Now first up is the Power Core Compression Bra. This is my most commonly used method of binding (as in every day) since it’s the most comfortable and I have pre-existing back and shoulder pain to deal with.
These sports bras are nowhere near as good as any actual binder, but they are the absolute best out of any sports bra I’ve tried. They provide a decent level of binding while still being very comfortable and are safe to swim or work out in. For those interested, you can find them on the Target website and sometimes in store at Target.

Next up is Flavnt binders. I own two of them, one in the correct size and one a size up. Once you have it on, a Flavnt binder is about as comfortable as the sports bra. The problem for me is that they are far harder to get on and off than any other sports bra or binder I’ve tried. For a properly sized binder, it binds better than the sports bra but not as good as a GC2B. They also have the added benefit of being safe to swim in and just generally being better for hot weather.

Last is the GC2B binder. GC2B binds the best by far. It’s pretty easy to get into and out of and fairly comfortable to wear. The biggest downside is that it will make you pretty sweaty and hot in warm weather, especially if you have a full tank.

Overall, GC2B is my absolute favorite binder, and it would be my preferred everyday wear if I didn’t have issues with back and shoulder pain. However, depending on personal needs, I would recommend different binders for different people.
For people that can’t handle binders due to health issues or that need to be discreet, I would recommend a power core compression bra. For those that value comfort more or need a swim binder, Flavnt would be best. For those that are looking for the best binding power, GC2B is the best. Whatever you go for, always remember to bind safely and listen to your body!

Final* version of the juvelic / glg / [someone] loving [someone] chart for w/m/nb identities!
I also made a version without repeating the labels, based on a version @jynto made before:
Tumblr media
I am also working on a text-only version, however since it’s taking too long to make, I will put it on a separate post/reblog.
I’m going to copy/paste the how to use and the Q&A from the original version here:
How to use:
1) Think about what your gender entails. For example, nonbinary woman.
2) Go to the line or one of the lines that specifies the gender you have. For nonbinary woman, you can go to nonbinary > woman or to woman > nonbinary. Both lines are the same.
3) Think about what your gender-based attraction or what you want to reveal about it entails. For example, nonbinary people and women.
4) Look for the column or columns that specify that attraction. In this case, again, you’ll have to look for either the nonbinary > woman column or the woman > nonbinary column.
5) See where the line and column cross! In this example, it should be iridian (nblnb, nblw, wlnb and wlw).
Remember you can use broader labels too! So if you are iridian, for instance, you can also use sapphic, enbian, and so on, if you want.
But how can you be both nonbinary and a man/a woman/a man and a woman?
Some nonbinary people may consider themselves one or both binary genders besides being nonbinary because:
They have multiple genders (at the same time or not), and one or some of them are binary or binary-adjacent; (examples: a person is trigender and their genders are man, woman and neutrois, or a person is genderfluid and their gender changes between agender and woman)
They have a single gender connected to one or both binary genders even if those genders aren’t binary; (examples: a person has a single gender that is a mix of maverique and woman, or a person is a proxvir, which means they have a gender similar to man but different in some way)
They have a certain connection to one or both binary genders because of presentation, pronouns/titles, desired transition, or other characteristics. (examples: a person is agender but doesn’t mind being treated as a man in general, or a person is dulcigender but has a connection to being a woman for desiring a physical transition similar to a trans woman)
But how can you be both a man and a woman without being nonbinary?
A nonbinary person may consider themselves both a man and a woman and prefer an identity that only talks about them being both a man and a woman.
A person who is both a man and a woman may also not want to identify as nonbinary for any reason.
But all those labels are too complicated/hard to remember! Why not just use ____?
You may not use them if you don’t want to, but there are obviously people who want to use those more specific labels, or otherwise there wouldn’t be so much of them.
* this version is “final” because all slots are taken. However, if there are changes I deem important enough, I may make other versions of this.

Note
this is the gendermars anon. how would that work? i don't have a program or anything in which to make a flag but i really want to spread the term gendermars as a valid alternative to genderfaun and having a flag with which to do that would be super cool
Oh, what I meant is you could explain to me how you want the flag to look and I could make it for you!

Just a reminder you don't need to "earn" your pronouns.
You dont have to be on HRT.
You don’t have to change your name.
You don’t have to feel like you “have it all figured out.”
You dont have to look or dress a certain way.
You aren’t too young. (Nor too old.)
You have a right to be respected and have the pronouns that suit you used.
You are deserving of love, respect, and validation.
