I can’t get help from doctors, no one really care… just get a job, just get on with life, I would love to but my brain is massive twat and won’t let. I’m sorry I don’t go to my doctor when I’m feeling the crappiest so they only see me on half good days cus on the proper shitty days I don’t want to do any. I feel weak and numb, I have panic attack at least one a week. The one doctor that actually listened to me can’t help because I moved fucking wales.

I should have unalive last year, I would be of been better, friends and family would have been better off, the world would be better off without me in it.
