To get energy when we're fasting, we take suhoor (eat before dawn). I know that sometimes we feel lazy to take it because it's too early to wake up and eat and we're still sleepy but based on below...

Because of hungry, majority people will buy a lot of food and think they can finish it. But when we iftar (break fasting), usually we can't get to eat too much because our stomachs shock with suddenly food comes after a long time. At the end, the rest of food that didn't finish go to the rubbish bin...😢 So avoid from being greedy and better give those foods to the poor like Palestinian people who need it this time 🍉

Indeed, the wasteful are brothers of the devils, and ever has Satan been to his Lord ungrateful. (Quran 17:27)
