I don’t care if this is an unpopular opinion but if the kotlc movie is live action I’m going to glitch. Shannon has way too many rules for what the elves should look like and how they live to be accurate. For example the all blue eyes rule. It’s a big part of Sophie’s experience of feeling like an outcast even when she finds out she’s an elf. But we all know realistically anyone who’s casted for the elves won’t have blue eyes. (Unless they CGI it but let’s be fr).

I would prefer if the movie was animated. I think animation could do the series a lot of credit and add in all the cool designs that the elves life would work for. (Not to mention Shannon’s budget. Movie making is expensive especially with a lot of CGI in it)

What had me is that they really thought he switched sides as if Tam isn’t known to be smart enough to play the game. Like please 😭. Keefe (as much as I love him) was dumb as fuck. Tam had a fighting shot to be a good double agent 😭

It bothers me that Sophie and all of her friends are so quick to be distrustful of Tam when he comes back from the Neverseen. They’re all like “he’s changed” “he’s different” “he’s darker now” Ummm… Yeah! Being kidnapped, mentally tortured, chained up and threatened will do that to a person! Justice for my boy! 😤

i will never stop shouting about how fitz and keefe are treated differently by the fandom, for example, in neverseen keefe literally punches a wall in anger but it’s never brought up but if fitz did that the fans would have a field day. the double standard for them is crazy

I will never forgive what Shannon did to the original trio of kotlc. I’m rereading the first three books and the way Marella, Dex, and Jensi were always there hurts my heart knowing they’ll be nothing but side character after the 3rd book.

Keefe is tall but he’s lean and thin. Fitz is short but that boy is toned with muscles- Keefe DOES NOT have muscles idc what Sophie was imagining she saw that day during the duel in nightfall, Keefe is a lanky boy. L A N K Y
