Artistic challenge day 2! When I broke my ankle I was just starting to get a renewed sense of myself and shift gears into what I really needed to do to survive as a dancer. Injuries push you back but I found a little slither of hope and decided I would dance for myself despite being in a cast and on crutches. It's funny how resilient the spirit can be despite setbacks. Eventually I let the winter and a bit of depression get the best of me, but that time taught me a lot about myself. A year and a half later my ankle still bothers me and I'm slowly getting my body back together, but pushing forward despite the setback!! #artist #artisticchallenge #day2 #dance #dancer #broken #resilient #lovewins #findingLove

I've accepted the artistic challenge from @agrundstrom411 so it's fitting that this day (2yrs ago roughly) was my first rugged maniac with team OH MY GODZZZZ... It was so much fun.
