I mean. look at a picture of him? I dont wanna come across as mean but its bothered me a lot seeing him portrayed as a white guy when . he looks like this (first image) in the sierra madre intro + his famous Dean Domino poster found in base game is based off Fats Domino, who was a black man (second and third image). He takes inspiration from BOTH Dean Martin and Fats Domino, and I would say his appereance clearly resembles that.

Again, no hate to anon! I just thought it was obvious that he was black 😓😓 my lightskinend king !!!!!!!!!!!!!

i didnt notice til now but. his outfit is SO FUCKING DIRTY !!!!!! it makes me wonder . does he just not clean it .. . ? does he not have time to? he has a spare and its equally as dirty! ew! but i forgive him i dont think i would trust the washing machines in post war new vegas.. i guess it kind of makes sense since he wasn't always a chairman, but then again he's been in vegas long enough to have learned he has to clean it!!!!!!!!
