I went and watched Star Trek: Beyond yesterday. Needless to say, there isn't enough room on this entire page to fathom the load of comments and reactions I had, so..: I'll just post this picture here. One of my favorite scenes from the movie. (The dialogue is not 100% accurate, though.. The footage on Youtube is yet sparse - but the point comes across to those who have watched the movie, I believe!) McSpock.<3 July '16.

I've had a lot of WIP's lying around for too many months now.. About time I started finishing some of them!

This is a lil' piece I did as a tribute to The Martian, a movie which I absolutely adored! I never expected to like it this much, nor did I expect to experience the talent of Matt Damon (meaning: I didn't think he was that good an actor) - turns out I was proven wrong with both things.. Luckily! So yeah.. Mark Watney, pissed off. Stranded. On Mars. With a radioisotope thermoelectric generator and disco-music. What's not to like??

Anyways, what I had time for this evening, was a tribute to my favorite TNG-character: Lt. Commander Data. And his evil twin brother, Lore <3 Android-bro-love.

Musical Monday

So, I really have come to enjoy Hip-Hop these days.. I mean, I’ve always liked the genre, I just never “thought” about it, you know? So, I was introduced to this artist, El-p, recently.. Such raw talent for lyrics, rhythm, hooks, all that jazz.. The lyrics are a bit harsh though, but they give you a really good look deep into the tough lives some people live out there.. 

This is one of my fav’s so far - “Deep Space 9mm”

Theatric and Televised Tuesday! I just watched this movie last weekend. “In Bruges”. Really, I expected so much less and got so much more. Really indeed a fantastic piece of screen-art. I watched it, mainly because I like Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes, but I found that I enjoyed Colin Farrells performance immensely much more as well! I haven’t seen him in roles like this before. If you’re into Guy Ritchie-ish movies and quirky British humor (I know it’s mainly Irish-spoken) this is for you! :) It’s harsh but it’s beautiful!

Stylish Saturday! My all-time favourite shirt: The CHECKED flannel. I find this pattern so inspiring - usually I pair them with dark jeans and a minimalist t-shirt/tank and high boots. This pattern breaks a simple-colored look and makes it interesting..! Second to this color is the blue version!
