The battle was fierce considering that she was battling a lesser minion. It's been long enough since Satone had used her magical that the murloc she was fighting brought down her health quite a lot. But it didn’t matter, she knew she would win. There was no way that a small, lizard-creature-thing could bring down the mighty magical devil gir-

Crack.

The sound resonated through the otherwise quiet battlefield. As Satone had been aiming her wand at the creature and moving it downwards to give her next spell maximum power, it seemed like the force had strained it too much and the wand broke messily in half.

With her magical conduct gone, Satone was transported back to her home dimension. The purple sky above broke like glass to reveal Earth’s regular, blue sky. Park benches reappeared, as did people that were milling about. And in front of her: a large rock, with the top half of her wand having fallen beside it.

She couldn’t believe it. A small murloc had actually defeated her. Not only that, but it had ruined her magical powers. Maybe if she got somebody to fix it fast enough, she could salvage enough of her powers before it would all drain away.

Satone looked around the park for somebody who seemed capable enough. The closest person to her was a boy. He would have to do.

“You there! You are the chosen one to fix my conduit and restore my powers!”

An ominous aura emanated from the door. Whoever was currently in there definitely practiced a dark magic of sorts, maybe even a darker magic than Satone herself practiced. Right now, the plain door is the only thing that is protecting her from whatever lies within.

Satone's first year at Blackwood starts this very winter semester, and she just arrived at the dorm room that she was assigned to. On it are two nametags stating who the room belongs to: Nico Yazawa and Satone Shichimiya. She had been informed that this Nico girl had already moved in beforehand. The only thing that she had hoped was that her new roommate would be on her side, or at the very least stay out of her way. But whatever lied ahead on the other side of the door, Satone knew was no good.

All of her stuff was blocking the rest of the hallway. If there was going to be a battle, there wasn’t going to be much room for one. Maybe if she transported them into another dimension that was just wasteland, it could work... Of course, if this first meeting could be resolved with little to no violence, that would be acceptable.

She readied herself. Her pigtails were tight, and her magical wand was positioned in case "Nico" attacked. She drew in a deep breath, and knocked.

Hello hello! Holy heck, it's been quite a while since I've been on Tumblr. I think it's been like a solid 2 years?
