remember: you need to be your own friend. no matter how much you dislike certain things about yourself, and lose sight of the things you do like on bad days, be your friend. 

would you hurt a friend for getting bad grades, or being too slow to do something? no!

would you punish yourself for eating too much or not healthily enough by starving them? of course not!

would you tell your friend they’re ugly and will never find love? never!

stop beating your friend–you–up over the things that make you human. 

treat yourself like you would treat a friend, and one day you will be able to love who you are ❤️
