This one Wabisa and Chiabi Idol art I found in my gallery, I remember my progress being a bit further than this (with Chiabi being more.. done, and not just a torso + head. Plus some added drawings of those two on the foreground) but I cant find the canvas on ibispaint. The concept is basically Idol Wabisa and Chiabi.

Unrelated to post but..

After this post goes up, it should be the 23rd of August. To me the 23rd of this month is, somewhat special, because it's my favourite oc's birthday. So, happy birthday to you Leonardo <3

Thank you for being that one goofy OC from 2019/2020 that.. just stayed. That also became one of my favourites AND kept his seat as one for basically four years. (He became one very quickly BTW. Props to him for entering my life and not leaving it that easily.)

Back when I first created him, I remember my idea for him to be vastly different. Both in design, and character. I like how I kept some ideas of him still on the current him, and sometimes I wonder what he'd be like had I not strayed off of my original ideas. That maybe I could've evolved that idea of him further, rather than changing that core part of him.

I think this is also something many charachter creators relate to, authors or artists. Just in general anyone who has thought of their own fictional characters in their small little brains like I have.

Leonardo over the years, has become a name I use for a specific set of OCs of mine. Who are all 'Leonardo', but come from entirely different universes.. stories. This is something I can say about a bunch of OCs of mine, whom I only refer by their original versions name / past name - or a name I just very easily connect or relate to them, as a collective. A sort genre of OCs. Group name?

So this isn't just a happy birthday to one Leonardo, but multiple. Even if they were to have entirely different birth dates. Happy birthday to you. I cannot express enough how cool it is that I still do things with him even today, but I can also blame my stubbornness of not wanting to discontinue any stories or story ideas till I'm fully done with them.

I have no clue whether or not I have, or haven't posted any birthday art of him yet. If not, I might post it later the day.

Yes, I wrote a little Birthday message for my own OC. Fuck anyone who might find it cringe. Watch me do it again next year.

Old drawing I didn't bother continuing even though the concept is so fun. I keep thinking to just continue the drawing even if it's been months, or to just restart it completely. So i might in the near future.

(This is all on the same canvas, just in the first image the people in the back- from the 2nd image would not be as noticeable unless i just put them seperately.)

Just a silly funfact, but I don't refer some of my ocs by their actual names.. but funny nicknames or old names from their past versions ( or like their placeholder names that I just.. kind of still use for them.)

Concept sketches for all the same oc, was focusing heavy on their face/head here. Their name is Flarepidel Kleimpf if I remember right. These were both from round april? Not entirely sure, I have to actually finish their design at some point..

I remember Flare to be this? Engineer, hacker or mechanic person.. and has a really, nasty and foul personality. Kind of anti social and comes off as selfish.

No reason whatsoever, but go listen to Bad Romance and Alejandro by Lady gaga. Had that playing while trying to find these sketches through my pictures and typing this lol

I don't know why, but I really do like my old art. Not in a "Oh, I was a better artist then." Way, but in a way as like... "Oh my god, my past art!!!" Kind of infatuated way??
