I am not currently in an environment where I can be my authentic self, I have to go to work tomorrow under a name that isn't even mine, and in different circumstances I could at the very least have hope for the better. I could have a chance at working towards being who I truly am, towards feeling like myself in my own body.

But, the results of this election have left me devastated, and I'm not sure what the future holds for me. It certainly isn't looking bright.

I wish I could vocalize something more uplifting, and I apologize that I'm not doing so. I'll need a while to process this.
