I write a lot and have a lot of original ideas I start but can't get myself to finish a lot of the time. Everyone says the key to finishing your original pieces is to get obsessed with your original characters but for some reason I keep failing at doing this????? How did you manage to get so focused on your wonderful casts. (Long exposure vol 1 is on my bookshelf, and can't wait for vol 2)

Hmm I think it has a lot to do with identifying what you like about other characters and WHY you like them so much (what does that trait you identify with mean to you personally, etc) ... It's more than just "I like characters with blond hair and a big ass" or whatever lmao you gotta make them so self indulgent in every way not just superficially. Which can be hard but I believe in u!!
