one of my favorite things to do with comic books is reorganizing them, on paper it sounds lame but there's something about it that just scratches that itch inside my brain. There's just something very meditative about going through the books, organizing them through name, date, publisher, etc. there's been several times where I find myself organizing books in the middle of the night and suddenly realizing that it's 5:00 in the morning... Ah good times.

so this is a portrait I did for a friend's character in a Lost mines of Phandelver game I DM'd for. Getting the likeness right from their hero forge model was a pain in the butt, but I think I eventually got a good result. I'm posting the digital and traditional sketch versions since I think it was interesting.

Prince Cal portrait
It's been awhile since I've posted anything on this site, so the following is a digital painting i did of my Drow Ranger character from a dragons of icespire peak game that's probably going to wrapped up this Sunday. Inspiration to make this art is from the character portraits of the the OG Baldur's Gate games which had a very painterly style to them.
