The fairy tale of the Merman and the Seaweed (part7, pages 23-26)

Happy Mermay! Continuation of this AU, more backstory from guests that came to Albert's kingdom, slowly pieces of what happened fall into place, but will it help seaweed Sherly and William?

I'm preparing something Extra that I had in mind for a long time for this AU, I done a lot last 3 days, still need draw some stuff for it but that should be quick. All depends how many grammar mistakes I made there, (there is a lot text to check out) and how long it will take to fix it.

I would like to upload that next, but no worry I will work on next main story update too, there will be 3 pages, last one more troublesome but well this project was made to make me suffer. Problem is after that, I have story until end in my head but still fight with some details. I will need to sit down and write "last arc" for 100% like I did in those previous 2 arcs you see. Lucky William and Sherly will return next update, because drawing new characters I never drew before was hard.

But yes, I will try to push forward this story. I have idea for Sherliam days, but like, not sure if the are that good? Oh well...

The fairy tale of the Merman and the Seaweed (part6, pages 19-22)

Next part is finally here! This time we get some answers for mysterious Seaweed Sherly backstory, other Merman kingdom and the bad guy of this fairytale too.

It was hard part, a lot of characters I drew for first time, backgrounds ended complex too. I like... I did redraw Mycroft twice until I was happy. I kept drawing and adding more details. Like, Albert normally goes without much stuff on himself like other Mermen but if he's welcoming important guests he wears representation accessory of his country. In my head Albert kingdom is known for amazing crafting and Mycroft's kingdom for amazing clothing made out special plant (since Mer people doesn't have wool and other stuff like human, also human textiles doesn't work well under water). One day I will do few pages of world building because somehow every page I do, more world building stuff shows in my head.

I can't say when will be next part, I planning next 4 pages update, they are character complex but not so background complex, so I kinda hope it will take less time than this update. I really have a lot sherliam NY stories in my head and I wanna draw one, I just don't know which pick because one I really wana do will end few pages too, I just wonder if I'm ready for it too because I wanna draw it perfect. So or this one or some joke one to train my drawing more. We will see.

I'm actually quite embarrassed I procrastinated so much and let this request sit for so long so I've made a whole comic HOPE YOU LIKE IT better late than never I guess

COMPLETED 3/3? yeah anyways it turned out im unable to make a short story with less than 10 pages so i guess that't the finished product (this short story has been bugging my mind for longer than it should have) . i didn't make them kiss YET but idk will do that later

Sherliam Days again. That's why they (again) don't have money for curtains, dishes and rugs XD. Textiles were expensive back then. It was funnier in my head XD. I was thinking of adding floral pattern on quilt and pillows because everything was decorated back then, but a) it would be too much with Liam-filled croquette probably, b) since they are poor now, William's hospital must cost a lot and apartment too, they start from the cheapest textiles without patterns.

It's a break from Seaweed story, I was working on 3rd of 4 pages but that page beat me, so I decided to do this short idea before I return to it.
