🌱 ⁣ ⁣ Hi 💚 ⁣ ⁣ Everything in my life feels so jumbled up and all over the place so here's a video of a blissful moment I had in Big Sur back in December 💙 ⁣ ⁣ My intention right now is to let go of the pressure to post and be active on social media. I want everything I express to come from a place of authenticity. I don't like to feel forced to do anything (one of the many reasons I resonate with the River Spirit) 🧚‍♂️⁣ ⁣ Another intention of mine IS to go live on here and share my sound medicine and my presence and maybe even have some virtual cacao ceremonies with kirtan 🎵☕🎶 ⁣ ⁣ Everything is so up in the air and uncertain, including me. The only thing I do know for sure right know is that I am guided by Spirit and by my Heart as I dive deep into the unknown! 🌸 ⁣ ⁣ Catching up on 15 Days Of Choosing Love so I'm combining a couple days here 😘 ⁣ ⁣ 🌸 ⁣ ⁣ What action have you taken today to anchor deeper into your intention? ⁣ Time has been a little warped for me these days, so I'll refer to "today" as "lately". Lately, I've been in such a flow state, every second of every moment of every day. Not being attached to any schedule or time has been essential for me honestly. My intended action lately has been to meditate. Meditate when I wake up and before I go to bed. The moments in between have consisted of dancing barefoot on the wet earth, feeling the sun peeking through the clouds to kiss my skin, drinking my favorite tea (throat comfort) and cacao, watching movies and eating so much popcorn with my beloved, playing with my puppy, watching the beautifully colored clouds shapeshift and pass by, and so many other things, and in between all of those precious moments, I bask in the blissful stillness where presence resides. Every meditation has gifted me a deeper awareness and appreciation for all of those precious moments, thus leading to a deeper presence in that stillness that is at the heart of everything. Meditation has always been my safe place, a place where I merge with the oneness of all life. Where I become one with the Creator. It is a place of Love. And it's ALWAYS there. Waiting for us to show up. Meditation is pretty lit, highly recommend 😂✌️🌻 ⁣ ⁣ 🌸 ⁣ ⁣ If you could give a message to the whole world, what would it be? ⁣ To FIND YOUR CENTER. Especially during this time on Mother Earth. Tap into your safe place. Tune into the VIBRATION of LOVE ❤️ Meditate. Yoga. Dance. Paint. Draw. Run. Hike. Sing. Breathe. Swim. Craft. Sleep. Play. Dig your feet into the soil. Maybe one of these things align with you, maybe none of them do. We're all different. If you don't know how to find your center, connect with gratitude. Of course I looked and looked through all of them I've written down and even went through the Ram Dass IG page to find my favorite one. It was hard for me to choose just one. They all resonate with me at a deep level. So I kinda gave up the first half of the day from being overwhelmed with quotes. Silly me 😂 Then I was eating dinner tonight and saw this quote on the bottle of the lemonade kombucha I was drinking. I got the chills! This quote is like a summary of everything I'm trying to cultivate at this point on my journey! To spread love and kindness on all levels, but firstly filling my own cup so that my love overflows like a wellspring into the hearts of all around me. Loving this time of self-care and loving myself up and filling my cup and ~really~ in-joying every moment. 🌼 ⁣ ⁣ Hi beautiful friends, my name is River Lakshmi Gaia Ma and my birth name is Lindsay Rose Virtue. ⁣ ⁣ 🌼 ⁣ ⁣ For the next two weeks as I stay home, I am going to cultivate a deeper awareness within myself.
