Act Accordingly

After all these years I thought of all the memories of you including the good, the bad, and the ugly. Trust me we had our times. but I didn’t let them go. I only hoped the best for you because at that time I couldn’t give you the best of me. I was young, naive and not prepared for what you gave to me. So the best thing for me was to move on and I did, but for some reason I thought you didn’t. I thought at one point in life you would come back around and work things out, but this maybe the end.

The next step for me is to move on. It goes from the person could be your every thought to you sacrificing them like pawn. One move and you’re gone! They say everything happens for a reason, but not how everything can happen so fast. In this generation we search for something that isn’t going to last. I wanted something that was real and If it was true, then this would of been a barrier in between, but sad to say it’s not. This is not what I would of expected, but then again my expectations have failed me before. I wear my heart on my sleeve, so when it rains it pours. When you care enough you could empty out the store and expect a return on your investment. But, then again a wise man once told me better not leave your eggs unprotected and that’s what I did. I left them with you and I didn’t have a clue on what you could of done. When it was all said done you took them and had your fun and ran off on the plug. Now I know never supply right there and then, make sure that person respects you in the end. Now its time to close that chapter and open a new one. I got to protect my peace. Now you know what to expect if someone doesn’t understand your needs and wants. You got guard your heart and move on. You know your worth and can’t force someone into realizing that. The thing is Some people don’t know they had a real one until they searched for it and karma kicks back.

I don’t know what’s in store for us & I’m fine with that because there’s some things that are better left unsaid. I’m tired of asking questions to get to know what’s in your head, when in the end I keep hearing these 3 words i dont know. I feel like that’s randy Jackson saying Its a no for me dawg after I left my heart out on a thread. I rather hear your real thoughts, than a word that drifts us apart. It’s means to end and I’m not the one to make that decision it’s on your end. I’m not always the one for giving second chances, but in this case I bent the unspoken law. A law where it protected me from all of this.I ended up playing myself, so It’s my fault because I thought I knew you, but I didn’t. Well It’s more like I known you now. How young, dumb and foolish is that to think of. It’s crazy how lost one can be when all the signs were presented in front of me. I striked out but you kept in the game. I thought I was a player on your team, but this whole time you’ve been playing me. you made it seem like things would come together after all that we could of overcame, but it was all in my head. Only if I knew this a month ago, then I would of left with no shame, but now I’m leaving with more to blame. Now idk who’s the cause of this pain? I wish I could pressed skip on you because it turned out to be a bad trip down memory lane.

Knock

Her favourite season is fall that’s why she always leaves. Shes done with love or whatever you call it. Her heart’s so cold that it even hurts me to say this. I read on the door "Love don’t live here no more" so I knocked to see if it’s true. I knocked a couple of times and the truth is it wouldn’t even open. I wonder what’s behind the door, but i don’t know if am ready for the amount of pain, heartache and distrust that it has in store. I put my ears to the door just to see if I could hear anything. What I got in return was sobbing and fears.It was chaos and but yet so dear. I felt like a wall was built in there. When I touch the door it was freezing It anit even December yet, but you’re just so cold. Why this happening to a beautiful soul? Only the world can tear her down, but I’m here to lift her up. She never had someone who wanted to show more love than lust. I just want to have a bond, so deep that’s it’s platonic. If we take this trip to a new earth would you hop on it? I just want to know because I don’t want to walk away. I’m already at the door, but do you want me to stay?
