I assume that it’s in reference to him saying that season 5 is “still cooking”. If I had to hazard a guess, he’s particularly proud of what the team is cooking up, and is telling us to get ready for a great ‘meal’, so to speak!

tbh it's less that the s5 release date was intentionally fake/a lie and more like it was incorrect theorizing based on previous release dates

s3 came out friday jan 21 and s4 fri jan 20, china is 13+ hours ahead of the US which is why everyone was hyped on thursday morning
