My little sister wanted some flowers painted on her cheeks for a costume ball she's going and she brought me some face paint she bought at the toy store. I didn't trust them so I said I'd paint the flowers but I'll use actual cosmetics since my water liner collection has all the colours she could possibly want and it's actual cosmetics that I've used on my water line countless times without issues. Halfway through the process she says it itches and that she thinks face paint would be safer so to show her it's just in her mind and won't cause any itching I grabbed a bigger brush and put some eyeliner directly onto my eyeball... Yeah itching is not what I'd call the experience I guess. To be fair I think it was the "being touched with a brush" part that hurt and I just pretended it's fine and it did work on her lol

My friend took me to a store with magical stuff and ngl there were two wolfs in me when I was looking through that stuff: one loves pretty colourful fragrant goth stuff and the other hates pseudoscience with her gut. Like the captions weren't just "brings you luck in XYZ" or "warns off nightmares", they were making medical claims...

Anyway I got a magical rock because it's pretty (and possibly the most powerful they had in store, this thing is supposed to heal my depression, insomnia, anxiety and migraines) but I didn't buy their rock holders and made my own and I just want to brag because I think it came out even prettier when it's custom made with the shape of the rock in mind :D
