i been up for four days (at YMCA Gym)

last year i gave myself a goal of sending a demo to Stones Throw by my birthday.

the first thing i did when i woke up that morning was walk to the post office with a polar bear shaped pinata filled with candy and a cassette tape and sent it on it's way.

this was a huge accomplishment for me and i tend to forget to celebrate my successes so i want to share what i sent.

i'm hoping this will help me regain the mindset i had during this time and motivate me to pick back up where i left off and continue on.
