KPDH saja boy's headcanons

[none of this is true ok i just like to be silly :( ]

On to headcanons that no one cares about!!

Personally, I believe that when individuals become demons, they inherit a curse linked to the deal they made with Gwi-Ma. For instance, Jinu asked for a good singing voice so he could gain money, but the deal was only for him, not his mother or sister now's he's plagued with the voices of his past, so like there's always a catch to them.

I literally just talked about Jinu, so I'm gonna start with romance.

Obviously, I think it has to do with his love life. I feel like he was looked down on a lot when he was alive, and even as an adult, he had a lot of trouble finding love. which was very hard for him because from birth, he was expected to grow up and have a family. So when given the opportunity, he made a deal to get a lover, although the day before he was to get married, they would always die on him leaving him alone once again.

Like I said in one of the parts, baby had a brother who he killed. I'll get into that. We can mostly all agree that baby made a deal to look younger than he actually does, but I also think it's some fountain of youth stuff, and that's why the guy is always drinking water. If he doesn't drink enough water, he gets dehydrated, and he starts to turn raisin-like (very old)

I think the reason he made the deal in the first place would have been because of his jealousy towards his younger brother and the different lives they lived, him having a far better upbring with his youthful appearance

Ok, this one's kinda out of left field because I love Abby…

I saw this concept art and had some sort of jhimmy nutron brain blast, so anyways Abby can not see his own appearance or at least not what he looks like to other people, including the other saja bosy. He thinks he looks like that, and he hates it like really badly.

He made the deal with Gwi-ma because he didn't like the way he looked, so much so that making a deal with Gwi-ma to make him look pretty to others sounded very appealing at the time. But now he can't even see himself. He may have gotten what he wanted, but now he feels like he could never have a true connection with someone because they can't really know how he feels. authenticity versus superficiality if you will

To me, mystery is an artist who wished people would see his art so badly that that's why he made the deal.

The Bad thing is that no one would ever recognize him for his work and he just ends up fading into the background overshadowed by the things he loved to make most leaving a bad taste in his mouth, so he just decided to hide his face. When he became a demon, he just ceased to have a face anymore because of it.

The writing in this scene is pure poetry. The initial execution of this narrative sequence may have been confusing, but it resolves beautifully. All trauma is forgiven and now I'm bracing for more.

I've seen it more times than I'm willing to admit, not only because of the incredible acting, but also because of the mind-blowing cinematography.
