How do I get over someone who doesn’t treat me right?
by getting under someone else lol i'm spiteful but let me clear something up.
first and foremost, only high value hot girls follow me, and you follow me too, so you're also a high value hot girl. do you think any of us would be bugging over a guy that doesn't treat us right?
i posted a couple days ago how my ex was with me and we just broke up. i'm not crying or beating myself up over him because he isn't worth it.
now on to actually getting over someone who doesn't treat you right.
WHAT DOESN'T WORK:
me telling you to find someone better
me telling you to focus on yourself and your left to figure it out
me telling you that it will be ok
WHAT DOES WORK:
knowing that it's going to be hard as heck to move on, because you obviously care about this person and you have probably created a narrative or are holding onto behaviors that this person used to have that made you fall for them. know it's going to be hard, but also know that within time it's going to feel better
be emotional-- allow yourself to cry, scream into a pillow, etc. it's best to let your emotions come out instead of having a tough interior. let these emotions out because the quicker they come out, the quicker they heal
troll everyone on dating apps (DONT COME FOR ME). the people on those apps aren't looking for anything serious for the most part and you get the temporary validation and affection (which is probably what you miss rn)
create a single girl bucket list and accomplish everything on that list by working towards those things everyday.
I know people are gonna come for me for this advice, but i'm not gonna tell you that things will get better tomorrow and i'm not about wishful thinking. i'm giving advice based off of the real world and what works.
love u, get over that person. he or she is a dweeb.

Night Routine for Insomniacs
for my fellow insomniacs who struggle with sleeping: some ideas to improve your night routine and sleep

How to get in the mood:
Light your candles
brew yourself your good night tea or drink (when I was younger I always drank hot milk with honey)
lower your lights and close your curtains
play relaxing music
prepare your bedroom (windows open or closed, hot water bottle in bed, etc.)
best ideas for resting:
watch an episode of the show you're currently watching or watch a film from your watchlist (because otherwise you'll never gonna see it anyway)
connect with your partner or the people you love <3 these people make life worth living and deserve your attention and time!
this is non negotiable: read at least 1-2 chapter, or if you're not into reading listen to an audiobook or podcast
do some yoga or stretching
journaling
Preparing is Key:
Lay out your outfits for the next day, pack your bag, prepare your gym bag, declutter of your clothing laying around - cleaning and preparing your space in order to get these tasks out of your mind for a good night sleep and a fresh start in the morning
Update your planner and to do list for the next day
set your alarms to get up on time
turn off your devices! if you are using your phone as an alarm clock set it into flight mode or create a night mode for yourself
put on your bed clothes
Night Skin Care Routine:
Remove Make Up with oil-based Makeup Remover
Cleanse face (don't forget about your neck and ears) with water-based cleanser (preferably the same cleanser you use in the morning)
Exfoliate your skin or use a face mask, massage your face while applying or try a sheet mask and use a face roller get the best benefits
use a toner afterwards to prep your skin for following
acid treatment and serums
if you're having break outs you can apply spot treatment
eye patches and eye cream
night cream or night mask
Your skincare routine in the evening should moisturize your face so that your skin is soft and glowing after waking up.
Ultimate hack for soft lips in the morning: you can create a lip scrub with sugar and honey and afterwards apply a thick layer of vaseline on your lips - it's a low budget game changer.
sleeping beauty tips:
brush your teeth before going to bed
spray your pillow with lavendar or diffuse some calming essential oils
listen to sleep meditation
absolutely no phone, tv or any devices for sleeping!
Have a good night rest angels!

Bouncing back and forth between
“Wow I’m glad my mom is eating all my snacks it makes me think I’m having more than I really am and I don’t need it anyway :)”
And
“Oh, they’re eating your food, huh? They would never do that if you were alarmingly thin. How does it feel being a fake?

Do you have any advice for people who are too lazy and unmotivated to make a change even though they are in desperate times? I literally love you and you are a blessing!
if you are needing to do something but don't have the drive to do it, you need to grow up (ily but tough love is needed right now) and get things done. what's on your to-do list and priority list doesn't care if you're too tired, too annoyed, too sad, too angry, too [insert emotion here] to get it done. when you take care of a baby, do you let it fend for itself because you're not in the mood to take care of the baby? no, you still do it anyway because you have a responsibility.
if you go about life waiting until you feel like getting things done, you will never get them done. no one wants to do anything and to put in work, but everyone knows that that's what you will have to do to achieve whatever it is you want.
it sucks, but understand that your emotions and energy level truly have nothing to do with making sure you're responsible. responsibilities aren't luxuries.

i cannot stand people who give advice like “you look beautiful just the way you are!” and “it’s on the inside that counts”. here’s the harsh truth about life: the better you look, the more you get away with. we don’t live in lala land, we live in the real world that pretty privilege exists. by looking good, you get out of situations easier most of the time, you get handed better opportunities, and it’s easier to get what you want out of life.
another harsh truth a lot of you need to understand: beauty standards are real. i don’t care to argue with you— standards are exactly what they are: the baseline to conventional beauty. the more you fit with society’s standards of attractive, the better quality of life you’re going to experience.
i know i’m going to get negative feedback from this post, but my blog is about real self-improvement and what actually works in the real world.
