Comic 163 of A Tale of Two Rulers

My apologies for the different look this week and the next! I’m out of town until the 6th and only have my phone and some paints to work with. When I get home I’ll clean up this comic digitally to match the regular style and add the links to other pages to the bottom of this post.

Also when I get home I’ll auction off the original paintings. Just like the past charity auctions, the winner will donate directly to Doctors Without Borders, show me a donation confirmation, and I’ll mail the art to you. More details on that later when I get home.
