nowen is so much more prevolent(?) in dramarama because
1.) at that point in time nowen was a shipping POWERHOUSE
2.) kids are NEVER subtle about their crushes ("i'm gonna love you forever!!!" - owen, total dramarama)
3.) the creators wouldn't be able to use those two anywhere else and they love both the characters and the ship so. yeah
4.) making the show's mascot and the fan favourite a couple is a very clever move.

#as you can tell I love nowen#and I already loved total dramarama#but OH MY GOD??? where the real show gives us mere crumbs of nowen dramarama will provide loaves#there’s a good handful of nowen centered episodes and they are THE besties#so even if they’re not the focus they are still being buds in the background#but like I said there’s a good chunk of episodes centered around them#so if you like to imagine childhood friends nowen. just watch total dramarama.
