Earlier this year I released an album with my friend Josh (of The Blasting Company) called "Those Wild Days". You might say the genre is "adult contemporary" with maybe a little bit of "dark lounge".
It's on Tidal and Spotify... and here on Bandcamp:
We also made a series of images to go along with the individual songs. The dolls were created by Erin Paisley, with sets & photography by Victoria Cloyes (and myself).
Hey! A while back Daniel Chong asked me to do some story development sketches for his show We Bare Bears. I don’t think any of this stuff actually got used, but it was fun to draw and play around with his characters! It’s unlikely these will ever become cartoons, so I thought I may as well share some of them here.
Here’s a very silly comic I did for the unofficial, unsanctioned Adventure Time “Ble” zine that Adam Muto put together for SDCC 2018. I think the ending would have played better if i’d taken the time to set up it up properly -- adding a few more panels -- but i got lazy and just wanted to finish it (and i wanted to fit it all on one page). Excuses excuses!
Here’s the first version of the paint master from the factory. Many of the colors will be revised on the next round to more closely match the original. The finish is way too shiny right now and will be toned down as well. The factory is till preparing the sheet music art which will be applied using a process called Tampo. Hoping to have the revised paint master in a week or so!
I’ll have about a dozen extras made when I place the order (probably next week) so if you missed the preorder and still want one of these, you can order now at skulptduggery.com while the extras are still available!
I finally got the unpainted factory sample and it looks pretty great, even better than the original! Beautiful detail and nice crisp edges. Here’s the first of 3 videos to show you what you’ll be getting when you order this figure.
We are SUPER CLOSE to having enough orders to move forward with production, so please help get us over the top by ordering now at skulptduggery.com
Now taking preorders for this Over the Garden Wall™ limited edition collectible until December 4th. To get your name on the preorder list, please email me at:
The price is expected to be around $195 plus sales tax and shipping.
A minimum of 100 orders will be needed In order to meet this price. If the minimum is not reached, it’s still possible that they will be made, but the price will increase significantly, so please tell everyone you know who may be interested. Re-blogs, retweets, etc. are also much appreciated!
Please include: your name, mailing address and email as shown:
People have asked if the “Into the Unknown” collectible figure will arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, because permission to sell these was given only recently, we won’t be able to make that deadline. Ain’t that just the way?
However, if you were hoping to give this collectible as a gift, I’ve designed this gift placeholder card to present your loved one to tell them about the gift they will receive!
Keep in mind we are not yet at the minimum number of orders to go ahead with the project, so you might want to have a back up gift just in case. I will know for sure sometime next week whether we have enough orders to make this happen.
“Into the Unknown” OTGW figure sample has been ordered!
To show everyone what the actual OTGW figure they order will look like, I’ve gone ahead and ordered the sample from the manufacturer. I’ll post photos in the next week or two when it arrives. Here is a color guide I just sent to the manufacturer for reference:
The Into the Unknown OTGW collectible figure was sculpted by Chris Tsirgiotis (that’s me!). I designed backgrounds for the Over the Garden Wall miniseries and original pilot, Tome of the Unknown. I was awarded an Emmy for my work on the show.
Does this OTGW figure come with a base?
Yes. The set will come with an oval base with a high gloss black finish cast in polyurethane resin like the rest of the figure. A photo of the base design will be posted soon.
How big is this OTGW figure?
Total dimensions including base are approximately 7 3/4” X 5 3/4” X 5 1/8”. Overall dimensions may change slightly depending on the design of the base, but Jason Funderburker and stool are 3” tall in any case.
When will I receive this OTGW figure?
Production will begin as soon as we reach the order minimum of 100. This is expected to take about 4 weeks with an additional 4 weeks to ship from the factory. based on this schedule, I am trying to deliver these sometime in February. I’ll have more specific info about this as we get into production.
What will the payment method be?
You will be able to order the item with PayPal. I will either set up a Shopify store or I may just post my PayPal link here on Tumblr depending on what’s easier.
Why does this OTGW figure cost so much?
This is a limited edition collectible produced at the highest quality possible for this price. Most manufacturers won’t do a production run under a few thousand, so the per unit cost is higher than if it was mass produced and sold in stores.
What is the refund policy for OTGW figure?
If you’re not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund. Full refund policy will be available at the Shopify store or I will email it depending on how I set up PayPal.
Do you ship outside the United States?
There have been several inquiries from outside the U.S. and I am looking into this, but yes, I am hoping to be able to do that.
Thanks to everyone who has preordered so far! We’re off to a great start. There is still a ways to go before the 100 order minimum is reached, so please share with everyone you know!

This is so exciting! Made by Chris Tsirgiotis, background layout artist on the miniseries!
Into the Unknown
Jason Funderburker (the frog, not the nerdy kid in the suit) is finished and waiting for opening night! This sculpture will be on display at the upcoming Over the Garden Wall tribute show at the Cartoon Network Gallery on November 15th.
This is a closed event and runs for about a month, but I will be allowed to make a limited number of copies available to those who are interested in preordering one while the show lasts!
This just happened, so I don’t have all the details worked out yet, such as price, quantity and timeline. As soon as I know more, I will let everyone know.
If you are interested in this project or have questions, please message me, thanks!
