Let's cook tasty & delicious Sweet Corn Chicken Soup!!! 😋🤤

1. 400gm chicken 🍗 ഉപ്പും കുരുമുളകും ചേർത്ത് വേവിച്ചെടുക്കുക.

2. വെന്ത ചിക്കൻ nice ആയി അരിയുക 🔪

3. Flesh എടുത്തശേഷമുള്ള Bones, spring onion ൻ്റെ തണ്ട്, Garlic, മല്ലിയിലയുടെ തണ്ട്, കുരുമുളക് പൊടി, ഉപ്പ്, അൽപ്പം Vinegar, Water💧, എന്നിവ ചേർത്ത് 1.5 hr boil ചെയ്യുക

4. Corn🌽 കുറച്ച് മിക്സിയിൽ അരച്ചെടുക്കുക. അരക്കാത്ത Corn ഉം ആരച്ചെടുത്ത corn ഉം അൽപ്പം പഞ്ചസ്സാര ചേർത്ത് ചൂടാക്കുക.

5. Stalk ഇതിലേക്ക് ഒഴിച്ചിളക്കുക. 10 Min വേവിക്കുക.

6. ശേഷം cut ചെയ്ത Chicken Pieces add ചെയ്യുക.

7. Corn Starch ഉം eggwhite🥚 ഉം add ചെയ്യുക.

8. അൽപ്പം അജിനോമോട്ടോ കൂടി add ചെയ്യ്താൽ Soup ready🍵🍜 .
