excuse me brb going to go sit in the corner and cry over the parallel of s1 arthur who worshiped uther reaching for his sword when uther attacked morgana and tried to choke her in front of him and later in the same season getting her out of the dungeons after uther imprisoned her there despite what it must've cost him to do so and then s5 arthur having to sit down and hear sarrum brag about torturing her and imprisoning her in a well for a year
and i know by s4 morgana was unhinged and have already crossed to the dark side, but don't tell me this arthur wasn't thinking i could've saved her just like he confesses to merlin in that deleted scene or about how whatever morgana's done, she didn't deserve this
