An enamel pin for those who love cooking. This is an experimental project which I really hope to bring to reality.

An Evening For Two
This unconventional couple have already gone through their wedding vows without any "proper" photographs taken and have even wanted to lead their marriage without taking any photographs to celebrate their union. As a friend of theirs, I have decided to break their routine to do something normal for them.

my folks have always asked the same question whenever they see my pictures, “Why do you shoot so far? I can’t even see their faces.” I haven’t got an answer till today when I took this picture of my sis and brother-in-law.
I like my subjects to be involved with their surroundings. As much as they are part of the bigger things, i like how they bring out the best in them.

i don't have many friends to begin with but to the ones that stayed, I thank them for their company, laughter, banter, sarcasm, criticism and whatsoever.
To this friendship, we shall keep marching on.

I realised that I have grown fond of looking back at the pictures i have taken, revisiting the thoughts that went through my mind then and reminiscing the rest of the scene which accompanied them.
This was taken not too long ago back in Taichung, Taiwan.
Aren't we all like the wind vane, always seeking and giving directions?

This is a sight I grew up watching; my mum and aunties chatting their afternoon away. They could go on for hours, catching up on each other's lives as well sharing the latest gossips they have heard from the other relatives and their friends. I used to sit along with them, playing with my toys and simply be immersed in my little world. But today, I have learnt to appreciate this and even contributing some topics of my own if I could. This is family to me.

Recently, I got my auntie to send my 6 months old roll for developing and when she came back, she asked me, "How you take one, all black black one?" I could only shrug my shoulders as I simply couldn't answer her. I have been playing with film for awhile now and till today, I still can't get it right. Film is like a test of my character, my discipline. I fail miserably most of the time. Yes, it's that bad but those very few and rare shots of success were good enough to make me forget about my defeat. I am happy like that. I don't need all my shots to be good. Just one will do. And only film can give me that feeling. — in Singapore.

today I'm thankful for everything that I have got. Always knowing that I have my aunt who is out of the frame, my sis and brother in law behind me, it was a great day out. The sun was wonderful while the company most beautiful.
