Hi everyone! Sorry for the radio silence lately, I’ve been super busy working on my submission for the WEBTOON 2025 comic contest. And now I’ve finally submitted it!

Far Out is a comic about two ex-bandmates, Ramona and Briar, who get lost in a magical world and must use the power of magic and music theory to save the scattered former members of their band.

It’s a deviation from my usual tumblr content for sure, but I’m super excited to put this story out there. The first the episodes are up if you want to check it out at:

Did you like Juno songs cover of the magolor songs?

Ok so I’d never heard of them before so I listened to them just for this comment. I like it! Very impressive how Juno crammed in all those verses into very fast melodies. My fav was the Mistilteinn fight. I don’t usually get into fan songs but I thought this person’s characterization of Magolor’s inner dialogue during that fight was hilarious and amazing. Also they have a voice that is pretty similar to the one Magolor would have in my head. And I always like seeing people’s takes on Magolor’s personal motivations for doing all the stuff he did. Here’s my personal take on it:

Snippets from a Forgotten Lands animation I’ve been working on!

Spoilers ahead!

I love that the earth villains look so weird. I didn’t like it at first because Clawlorine seemed. Um. Well you know. But then I saw that they equally objectified Leongar so I guess it’s okay?? Now I love how out of place the villains look because it really solidifies that Kirby’s in a new world!
