Practice on psittaco's jaw anatomy

with exoparia and blah blah

I did research and practices of exoparia on taco

I quickly found out that it "doesn't actually change much for the way we reconstruct". Like others said already!

Took a look on P. sibiricus skull You see.. this muscle is connected with jugal and surangular bones only. You can clearly see that taco's lower jaw have two ridges (or flanges)! Sa - surangular (brown), and A - angular (green). So exoparia extended to the furthest one - surangular! Not the angular.

Then what suppose to do this bone? It probably was a base for keratin! That's still cheeky pudgy parrot lizard.

I remembered about exoparia cuz someone leaved a comment about it, and I sit and draw this down

this Atuchin's model was made back in 2014!

And I used its colors because Andrey draw some P. sibiricus with this exactly coat, so it's a little part of my tribute to his investigations in 'TACO's ANATOMY!

I thought that psittacosaurs have owl vibes, so I colored mongoliensis as barn owl

When I colored that BTTB sketch, I catch up nostalgia from these old doodles that I draw back in 2021! Before this day they're only dusting at my abandoned VKontakte profile (russian "analogue" of Facebook)

I've been and still wandered in my fantasies, with my own sight on Ozzy's personality, so mine very personal passion of him afterwards bore fruit in discovering an obscured lost game about him...

If you're interested which type of dragons I like - loong, or lung. They are sausage-ish, serpent, very fluid, slippery and mobile. Haired!

They're appears to me pretty realistic and believable, even if I still allowed them to fly.

I listened a lot of early music of HIM band when I draw them, like "Serpent Ride". Very dark shit. I was full of darkness, not for long. But for loong :D

Made my own take on Roc - giant mythological bird who eaten elephants on breakfasts. I give it head of pelagornis & keleken, neck of terror birds, torso of pterosaurs, wings also of pelagornis, and cartoony big dino legs with protruding talons.

Black Skies inspired me a lot :D

I think it rocks.
