“Don’t call a proud trainers houndoom FUNNY then. But also you’re still wrong vampires exist.”

“WOW really! That’s so cool... My UNCLE lux’s Salamence is kind of like that, but he’s a good boy.” She stops and squints at him for a moment. “The pokemon center is the OTHER way isn’t it?” She asks pointing in the other direction.

honestly? izuku doesn’t quite pick up on the look – that happened a lot. he just didn’t pick up on facial expressions and just assumed he was being stared at. something else he was used to, being covering in scars and all. being a hero…

but he doesn’t know where he is. “i don’t know where i am.” he repeats, looking around, dazed and confused. izuku ends up crouching down, extending a hand.

“my name is izuku. i… don’t know what you’re meaning. are we nearby tokyo at all?” he decides to ask, after maddie speaks. something tells him he’s a long way from home.

Her houndoom moved from her side and circled Izuku sniffing at him carefully while he and Madison interacted.

Madison just listened raising an eyebrow at the strange question. How did he NOT know what a Salamence was? Did he hurt his head.” She scratches her chin to think about it.

OH he’s from another REGION, that made sense.

She shook her head at him. “I have never heard of the Tokyo region before, but RIGHT now you’re in the Kanto region.” She explains, that much she knew.

“OH and HIM.” She points to the houndoom again. “His name is Buzz.... he can breath fire.” She reaches into her pocket quickly and holds out a pokeball.

“And in HERE, is Zues. HE’S A big blue and red dragon.” She clicks the release button to summon the large Salamence.

oh, this was new. izuku didn’t have the slightest clue as to where he was and he… doesn’t think he likes it. there’s strange creatures everywhere, and some seem even more timid than he is!

izuku jumps at the sound of a new voice, twisting around to see the woman. 

“uh… i don’t even know where i am.” he answers quickly, honestly. well, he didn’t know! not a single clue.

She gives him a judgmental look with how he jumped at the sound.  There was no way this guy was a trainer, he was to nervous.

He also looked a lot older, which only made her wonder how he managed to get lost.

SURE she might be lost, but she was just a kid. Darn it looks like she was going to have to turn back. She really didn’t want to use her uncles Pokemon but it looked like there was no choice.

“WELL.” She go’s to talk, pausing for a moment to watch how her houndoom stared at the stranger, his nose twitching slightly.

She holds her tiny hand out to the stranger. “My name is Maddie... I have a salamence that can fly us to the nearest pokemon center, WELL it’s not MY Salamence, it’s my uncles. But he’ll listen to me because he’s a good boy.”

Maddie quietly stood on the path looking from one direction to the other. At her side stood Buzz her houndoom who watched as she debated on which way to go.

Her hand go’s into her pocket, filling for the spare pokeball her Uncle had loaned her.  She COULD call it out to help her, BUT no she wanted to figure this out for herself.

Her head turns to a new face coming into the area. “excuse me MISTER. Do you know which one of these lead to Saffon City?”
