Did you go even further forward?

I was using Schwarz to help kill off the first phase, which is why Laurentina is a step back. So she, Skadi, and Schwarz could all gang up on the same square.

Oh right, there's a extra ranged square there in Adverse. Huh, I never actually noticed that.

Finally got my shit together and took a shot at 12-20

The normal stage was as expected, not much of a challenge

The Abyssal Hunters did their usual shtick of "Oh you're doing large amounts of continuous Arts damage to us? Whatever."

I love how independent they are.

This was the closest Laurentina got to dying.

It's not close

The Adverse stage was a very different story altogether. It was hell.

This is from one of many many many failed attempts

I tested a bunch of different things but always leaked. Either they burst through the front or snuck in behind my back, abusing the fact that poor Skadi only has 1 block. Or just overwhelming Laurentina.

I reinforced the frontline. Corrupting Heart got replaced with Nightingale. Siege with first Gavial and then Ch'en. Eylafjalla was added to kill the second phase faster. And since Surtr was now no longer needed to kill the, Damazti I experimented with various operators to guard the boxes, Eunectes came in, was replaced, tried again. Eventually Lapipi got the job because she was cheaper and could help punch the Damazti with her range. But really, in the end the fact that Eyla could reach all the way to the boxes and kill people that got through as long as they were only on the upper square, without breaking the boxes was the key for me.

Final succesful attempt. Eyla and the Hunters took out the Damazti while Ch'en and Federico held the front. Federico is not feeling well so after this everyone but Skadi retreated from the Damazti front to the actual frontline could be reinforced.

The last surviving Trillby ponders his fate before getting his brainpan punched in by Skadi

A bunch of liberi operators have ASPD stacking talents. That and modal stat boost talents are a common theme among them.

This is La Pluma's and yeah, makes sense. She has to warm up first. Cool, cool.

These are Astesia's and Astgenne's which function the same way, which makes sense cause they're sisters. Astesia goes into the star theme, which works out. It has to be the right time to properly watch them. Astgenne seems to have a similar thing to La Pluma going, where she has to first get into it.

This is Bibeak's. She was the first among these. Like La Pluma, she gets her ASPD from killing people. and drinking their souls. Do you have like, anything to say about that?

No? Nothing? Just your average tailor who got drawn into conflict. Alright.
