Hello everyone~ 💜 A big thank you for being patient! I know I've been a bit quiet on this blog lately because my muse has been sort of low. I'm trying to get a few threads out when I do have muse (for both this blog and my anime one), so please bear with me. I promise that I haven't forgotten anyone and I'm not ignoring anyone. I'm just struggling with focusing on writing at the moment.

TW for medical under the cut (mostly about me having a vitamin deficiency and potentially macrocytic anemia, nothing graphic; this is also part of the reason why I haven't been focused on writing as much lately)

I did some blood tests and got the results back yesterday morning. I'm low in vitamin D, B12 and B9, which partially explains why I've been constantly fatigued and having a hard time concentrating. From my research and understanding, my test results are coming up with macrocytic anemia (I still have to talk with my doctor about that and find out if that's what they're going to diagnose me with, but I've already started taking vitamin D & B-complex supplements to help). The anemia can also be caused by alcohol consumption (which I rarely ever do, and I mean like I maybe have a drink or two once a year??) or from my body not absorbing the vitamins; I'm guessing that it's because I'm not getting enough of the vitamins rather than not absorbing them, so I'm going that route first. The other part, which is the 'normal' fatigue and concentration issues, is the ADD I believe, so working on getting testing done for that still (but they don't have any openings until 2026 where I live; I still have to call and see if I can get something sooner in the surrounding towns).

I writing evil or nearly evil characters more fun than writing good guys. I’m sick of feeling like people are going to judge me for my characters. I have a right to rp what I want and explain my characters actions, but not try to justify them. Because I know why a character acts a certain way doesn’t mean I think they are excused. The world isn’t black and white.

Ruby hesitated for a moment, crystal blue eyes widening a sliver as they subconsciously scanned the room before landing on her once more.  "Ahh… well," she began, somewhat caught off guard by the confession.  There was a brief pause as the words fully sank in; Belle wasn't the type to take something without reason...  With a hint of teasing at the edge of her voice, she tried to lighten the mood a little, "It's not like he hasn't stolen from all of us, right?"  She gave a reassuring smile, although it held an undercurrent of concern, trying to cheer her friend up.  Then, more seriously, Red tilted her head a fraction and added, "What exactly did you take, Belle?"

"Hey," he snapped, his voice low and commanding, "Watch the attitude, shitbird." The tension in Billy's body was evident in the subtle tightening of his jaw and the warning in his demeanor. This wasn't his job — this was supposed to be Neil's responsibility. Once again, Max had been pawned off on him all week while Neil was toting Susan around Hawkins like it was some damn vacation. Like their lives hadn't been flipped on their head, moving across the country to some shithole.

Still, Max had a point, even if he wouldn't openly admit it — realistically, he couldn't expect her to sit around and do nothing. It would only drive the both of them nuts, and he didn't want to think about what would happen if she disappeared on his watch again... Billy exhaled in a mix of vexation and frustration, slipping a Marlboro Red from his pack and lighting it up. For a few moments, he sat silently in the driver's side seat — something that was almost eerie for anyone that knew the blond's blunt and often aggressive nature — and lightly rolled the filter between his fingers.

"One hour at the arcade." It wasn't a question, nor had it been an offer. Back in California, they had access to skate parks, arcades, the beach, and plenty of other options to keep them satiated for a while. At least this hick town had some source of entertainment to keep the redheaded brat out of his hair.

My favorite canon muses in general are Billy Hargrove, Loki, Alice Cullen, Dean Winchester, Gabriel, and Charlie Bradbury. If we're talking about my favorite ones to write, so far, it's Billy and Gabriel (Billy for his the layers to his story and character development, while the other is playful/mischievous and a little unpredictable).

Dean is a close third because he balances in between the character development and the playfulness, and Loki is tied with him because there are so many layers to him and I think he's a really interesting character (but I haven't written him lately because I'm having a hard time with his muse at the moment, since he's more serious at times than Gabriel).

I haven't gotten a chance to write Charlie or Alice as much yet, although I adore them for their resilience and the fact that they try to remain positive, despite what's happened to them. Also, the confidence that Alice has is wonderful and I love how her ability works because it's never absolute, so it's a cool sort of flaw in her design as well.
