Initially, I planned to make a static model in the bust format. But something went wrong. So now here's a complete design combining traditional festive clothes with "cybernetic" elements and armored boots.

3D concept
Made a long experiment - creating a 3D model and animating (as far as the program allows) a character using exclusively Zbrush. It makes sense to move the model and reanimate it in Blender so that it doesn't hurt your eyes to look at the locking keyframes.

Zuria / Final concept with different clothing designs.
In total, six variations were created (not in terms of differences in appearance, but in terms of the degree of dress).
Here are the four best options, and the third art was taken as the base for further work in 3D.
The appearance concept was created with maximum reliance on the original source. Zuria is an experienced mercenary and mentor. She prefers a quieter position to being an action fighter. Empath, strict and courageous person. The individualism of Omega station residents, cultural and active diversity makes it possible to develop an interesting mix of casual, specialized and protective clothing. Lightweight asymmetrical high quality armor meets the requirements of a managerial position in the administration of a paramilitary group.

Each of my teachers said that any large-scale project should begin with at least a sketch, and even better, support the work with a global search for the desired concept. I broke this golden rule when I started creating the concept of Parem Igrahal immediately in 3D, without preliminary development. As a result, I dug in for several months, creating one after another variants of appearance and clothing (3D blocking out is a long and thoughtful activity). Don't do like me, you'll waste a lot of time.
Make a sketch so you don't have to trip over your creativity on the run.

I didn’t disappear, just completely went into 3D modeling and animation, hence the breaks in publications.

One of the very significant features of @sigmalied's writing is the thorough and thoughtful detailing of the characters' surroundings, their manner of interaction with the world around them. And exploring Omega Station and its inhabitants through Liselle's eyes brings the world around the character to life.
It was extremely interesting to work on the visualization of stage locations, since previously the main emphasis was on character concepts. The chapters describing the world of Omega are my favorite. And I think there will be more such sketches, and perhaps not only in 2D.

After three years, I decided to update the old art from 2020, which I once made for my desktop wallpaper, completely borrowing the concept from the wonderful artist Matt Rhodes.
More saturated colors and redrawn background. Here you can download the art in high resolution.
This particular composition has optional vertical and horizontal orientation, depending on where you want to use it.
Thinking through the physics of Neora, I decided that she would not be much different from human husks, due to her experimental organic-made technology.

The first drawing after completing the trilogy. Inspired by Matt Rhodes concepts.
I remember how I wanted a desktop wallpaper with this concept, but all were in small resolution. Had to draw my own.
Autopsy of Principles
"As expected, Liselle found several to be members of protected species, listed at exorbitant prices. She disregarded those and selected the same type of fish she had seen on Wasea's plate earlier that day."
I want to say a few words about the marks on the asari faces. Marks are quite difficult to fit harmoniously but they give the necessary and easily achievable individuality.
I understand the developers who added such insignia. Applying a new texture is easier than remodeling the face and adjusting the animation.
But, let's be honest, they put these marks on the asari NPCs with zero 🍆 given. And they did not explain properly their origin in the lore.
Interesting fact: Just two days ago, Liselle had no marks on her face at all. But after re-reading the fragment in the chapter "Little Khar'shan" in search of material for a new concept, I noticed Parem Igrahal's comment about Liselle's appearance. Canon. Marks added.
And their design, deliberately truncated, in line with the idea "Liselle is nothing but ghost of her Mother."
