: History of Jane and John’s Personal Journey and Discoveries.
Blair’s personal story about the power of choice…
As a partner and more importantly as an instructor at Life Skills College, a college the dedicated its attention to coping …which
Show me anyone who does not know about: who, what, when, where, why, and how! Every speaking individual on the planet knows how to use these questions.  But show me someone, anyone, who can show me what a question is!
At the college I noticed that some of the students were banging their heads against a brick wall asking questions that did not seem to work. Then there were other students that seemed to ask question effortlessly and get the information they needed were more able to integrate behavioral change more predictably.  And those students that had low rates of participation and questioning were less predictable in their ability to integrate behavioral change. Working in business I found the same thing. Everybody seems to know that if you ask the right question you get the right answer. So…the answer obviously lay in asking the right question. However, how do you find the right question? Are there characteristics that make certain questions more effective than others?
The basic premise: If you ask a better question, you get a better result.
To my frustration, after three months of data collection, there was no statistical basis for the assertion that better questions produced better results. The outcome was that I threw out the idea of asking the better question. Asking better questions or asking the right question, or even smarter questions all require subjective interpretation for effective analysis. I required an externally verifiable, duplicate able model in order to determine, with a high degree of reliability, the kind or type of question asked.
This led to the awareness of the need to ask a more basic or fundamental questions which lead me on a 6 journey that ended in a powerful discovery my body of work has been in Histic concepts and beliefs systems both foundational factors effecting the ‘Human condition’.  This research evolved and eventually leads to what I today call– Mind Models.
Here’s a short story that rocked my very foundation of teaching others to living what I teach.  Your story….
In looking for answers I found two things. First, psychology, although fascinating, did not seem to be asking the questions that I was looking to get answered.  Second, physics, quantum physics and string theory seemed to be asking the type of questions that I was looking to get answers for.
