We went to see the Tyrannosaurus Exhibition at the National Museum and we took a rather old camera ( Nikon D300) for a tour with a 40mm macro lens.

The great Scottish Landscape - British Telephone box at the Scottish Highlands

at 2012 we saw the redevelopment of a site at the beach front. The local community council managed an agreement with the developer to cover the site with images representing the local businesses. Some of these local traders are still going strong! We had more new once and we lost some dear old friends. #Porty #Portobello #PortyCC

H.S.Kidd’s Pharmacy was a family owned business in Portobello, Edinburgh for decades. Just before one of the last remaining independent pharmacy has been sold to chain, I approached them to rammage through on the history of the company. Down in the basement I find numerous medical bottles left from the long decades of the trade. This is a selection of those medical bottles what disappeared with the last remaining independent pharmacy in Portobello.
