Grilled chicken, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, and steamed brown rice. Being a mom of a six month old, and a 10 year old I sometimes forget to take care of myself. I sometimes forget to eat lunch so I started meal prepping again this week. I want to make sure I'm staying on top of my nutrition to fuel my body. It was awesome to know I had a prepped meal waiting for me after I got home from the gym!!
